"Relay For Life" Mission Statement

"The American Cancer Society Relay For Life represents the hope that those lost to cancer will never by forgotten, that those who face cancer will be supported, and that one day cancer will be eliminated."

The First United Methodist Church's team motivates, organizes and promotes fundraisers to help fund cancer research.
Numerous activities for the day is geared toward family fun.

The Relay is held in July for a twenty-four hour span of time at the Huron County Fairgrounds.
The walk for life is lined with specially made luminaries--that when lit at dark becomes a sight not to be missed.

"Relay for Life" team members display a few luminaries to be used in the Relay.
